What are your hours?

Just as in any hospital, we never close. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We are always available to take your calls and answer any questions you may have.

My facility is interested in telemetry. How can we acquire your services?

Simply reach out to our office leaving a name, phone number, facility name, and contact email. From there, we can schedule a conference call or live demonstration of our products.

My staff may need help with using the monitoring devices. Whom may I contact when issues arise?

Call our facility 24 hours a day and speak to one of our highly trained technicians to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Is the installment of your services in my facility complicated?

No! We simply ship our equipment and all necessary supplies to your facility along with easy to read instructions. In cardiac monitor box comes pre-programed with cardiac monitoring parameters and WIFI connectivity. All that is needed is access to a wireless internet.

What happens when the device senses a cardiac arrhythmia?

One of our certified technicians will immediately reach out to the nursing staff to alert them of any cardiac related issues within 3 minutes of the event’s occurrence. Upon facility notification, we will immediately fax or email an EKG strip containing the event and interpretations.

How is our staff notified?

Your facility will provided us with the direct phone number for your facility’s nursing station. In some cases, we also provide cell phones for the charge nurse/ nursing supervisor to carry at all times.

When are routine reports conducted?

Routine reports are performed every 4 hours and sent to the facility.

If a patient is symptomatic, may I reach out to obtain real-time vital information?

Absolutely. Patient care is our primary focus. Once we are called, we will inform your staff of the patient’s rhythm and rate in addition to sending a current EKG strip to your facility.

Can I live stream the patient’s ECG from my facility?

Yes. We provide all of our clients with Microsoft Tablets pre-programed with the necessary software for live-streaming your patients’ ECG. Using the tablet, you can log in at any time to view the rhythm, which is a valuable tool for routine vitals reports.

Are you actually watching the monitors 24 hours a day?

Yes. You can have peace of mind knowing that your patient is being constantly monitored during their entire stay on cardiac telemetry, 24 hours a day.
